The short version

This site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. We don’t sell or share your personal information.

Information we handle

Your ritual list. When you save products, the list is stored in your own browser (local storage) on your device. It is never sent to us. You can clear it by removing items or clearing your browser’s site data.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically processes technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. See Vercel’s privacy policy for details.

Email. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.

Links to other websites

When you click through to BioMat.com or another seller, that site may use cookies or a referral code to credit us for your purchase. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we don’t control or receive the information they collect beyond commission reporting.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to know, delete or correct personal information a business holds about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don’t sell or share personal information, and apart from emails you send us we generally don’t hold any. To make a request, email hello@theheatritual.com. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We honor Global Privacy Control signals; since we don’t sell or share data, no further action is needed.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
